At Razzamatazz, we take shipping seriously and make our best effort to deliver your product to you as fast as possible, regardless of where you live.

1. We offer worldwide shipping.
2. All orders are shipped out same or next business day depending on the time of the order.
3. We also offer Free Shipping for orders shipped within the 48 continental states in the US, for orders that are $99 or higher.
4. We use USPS - United States Postal Service for our shipments. Over the years, we've found that this has been the fastest and most reliable shipping method to save our customers on shipping cost.
5. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product based on what USPS charges us. The shipping is integrated directly to the USPS system in a secure manner.

Customer service

We pride ourselves on our customer service. Orders are shipped out within 24 hours, USPS priority mail, which takes 3 - 4 business days.  Giving you secure payments by credit/debit cards or by check. For any products that are not on our site such as AVISE or gallon sizes please email us or call us and make arrangements for a Special Order. It is that easy!

All orders made on Razzamatazz.NET are via SECURE ENCRYPTED SSL. We NEVER see your credit card details - it goes straight to the gateway in a secure tunnel. Your credit card information is safe and your transaction is secure at Razzamatazz.

Refunds
Razzamatazz returns are rare, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the merchandise we guarantee full refunds (excluding shipping) on products returned within 21 days of purchase. Send al returns to

If you return an item, please contact our customer service as well by clicking here - customerservice@razzamatazz.net and mention your full name, shipping address and the reson for the return. Once we get your email, and the product at the above address, we will issue a full refund to the credit card that you used to purchase the item or if you paid by check, we will issue you a refund check to the address and name mentioned on the email that you send above.
